Yesterday morning I had a 2k, something I’ve done before more times than I can count.  But we were erging on new concept 2s that I had never used before in a gym full of rowers and football players.  And I couldn’t even break 2:15 during my warm up power pyramid.  All of the sudden I didn’t know what was going on.  I couldn’t breathe and I couldn’t think, so I cried....
